Middle Eastern Cookery Workshops

Hands-on workshops where you'll learn how to make a variety of traditional dishes from all over the Middle East. We’ll cook everything together from scratch and I’ll also tell you all about the history and family stories surrounding the food we’re making.

Meat Feast:

£50 per person

 

Vegetarian Adventure:

  • Falafel (from scratch!)
  • Vegetarian stuffed vine leaves
  • Okra Stew
  • Fluffy Rice
  • Tahini
  • Baba Ganoush (aubergine dip)
  • Tabouleh salad
  • Crispy Baklava

£45 per person

Who?

There is a maximum of six people per workshop.

If you'd like to book a workshop for more than six people and have space to host it, please get in touch.

When? 

Meat Feast: 
Thursday 17th May, 6-9.30pm
Sunday 20th May, 3-6.30pm

Vegetarian Adventure: 
Thursday 10th May, 6-9pm
Thursday 13th May, 3-6pm

All workshops can be booked privately, at a date of your choosing, for parties of between two and six. 

 

What else do I need to know?

If you'd like to bring any alcoholic drinks to enjoy with your meal (or before it!), then please feel free to do so.
